Joan Jett guest starring on Law & Order: CI

Rocker Joan Jett is set to make a cameo appearance in the hit TV show Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

The singer was in New York in May to shoot the episode, in which she will play a "boss from hell"; an ex-music industry type now hosting a public access TV show who's murdered in the episode's opening "tease", with her personal assistant the prime suspect.

The I Love Rock N' Roll hit-maker made her acting debut alongside Michael J. Fox in the 1987 film Light Of Day.

Jett-propelled TV Rocker Joan Jett will ap pear in an upcoming episode of "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," which she's currently filming.
